How do I register?
Registration will now require two different steps:
JBAA Club and program registration, and
Rugby Canada insurance and BC Rugby membership
Club registration
Your club registration will record you as an active member of JBAA. The fees charged as part of your club registration go directly to JBAA to offset the costs of your rugby program (e.g. field rentals, BCRU fees, travel expenses, paying officials, equipment).
Club registration is done via TeamLinkt application.
rugby canada insurance
You MUST complete a Rugby Canada registration in order to be insured to play rugby in Canada, and you MUST join the BC Rugby Union to play rugby in British Columbia.
You cannot play in any league games until you are registered with Rugby Canada.
Rugby Canada/BC Rugby registration is one via Sportlomo application.
When you click on the button you will be redirected the JBAA registration portal hosted by Rugby Canada (powered by SportLoMo).
From that page you can select the applicable registration package. After selecting and clicking their ‘Register’ button you will need to log into SportLomo.
If you do not have a SportLomo account then you will need to create a SportLoMo account in order to register.
If you already have a SportLoMo account then you will need to log in.
If you know you have an account but can’t remember your password, use the Forgot Password link.
If you know you have an account AND you can’t remember which email address you used then Contact Us by email and we will track it down for you. It is better if you do not create a new SportLomo account.
We believe everyone should be able to play rugby - if you are not able to afford the fees, please contact us for information on how we can assist you.
