registration Fees are not refundable.
We will consider exceptional circumstances within the first month of the season BUT refund requests for these situations must be submitted by email to registration@jbaa.ca. Refund requests will be reviewed and determined by JBAA executive.
If any refund is approved then it will be refunded via TeamLinkt and appear on the credit card initially used to pay for registration; refunds are not paid out in cash.
Please note this policy applies only to the fees paid as part of the club registration. The fees paid to Rugby Canada and British Columba Rugby Union (BCRU) are levied separately, via SportLomo, and those refunds have very different terms.
