Ribfest has long been one of our cornerstone fundraising events. Our club provides overnight venue security in what has become an annual volunteer opportunity for our senior players. We have opened up a volunteer sign up sheet to make sure we have all shifts covered. If you are a night owl or early bird please help out!
Last year we added another fundraising aspect by partnering with Thunder Rugby and hosting the Blue Saloon VIP tent on the Friday night. For $85 per tickets you can enjoy all you can eat and drink in the comfort of an exclusive area. Last year we sold out so get your tickets early if you are interested!
New this year we have been offered shifts to clean tables and we are counting on our youth parents and players to help out. We get a donation from RibFest for every shift we fill; if we can commit to all shifts then we can raise $4,500! This would go a long way to support our junior teams with tournament fees and gear for coaches.
